PE and Sport Premium

The primary PE and Sport Premium was introduced in March 2013 to improve the provision of physical education and school sport in primary schools across England. The funding is provided jointly by the Departments for Education, Health, and Culture, Media and Sport (DfE, DH, DCMS).

During this academic year (2020-2021) St David’s School’s Sport Premium was spent on improving our swimming provision across KS1 and KS2.  This included staff training, for example three members of staff attained a life guard qualification.
